Whitecross Street Market expects high standards of food hygiene from their stall holders.  Stalls are regularly checked to maintain this.

To ensure the safety of your food you must have a good knowledge on how to store, prepare and serve your products. The best way to gain this knowledge is through formal food hygiene training.

Telephone: 020 7527 3816

When on the market, you can expect a visit from an Environmental Health Practitioner. Your knowledge of food hygiene matters and controls that you have put in place will be checked at this time.

To enquire about formal food hygiene training or the food hygiene standards required whilst you are on the market please contact our commercial environmental health department.
